look, you can see economics in action. This is particularly the case in the
Bible. In this assignment, you will demonstrate a fundamental understanding of
the principles of economics found in the opening chapter of the text and its
connection to Scripture. You are to review one of the provided Scripture references
and explain how one of the ten principles covered in Chapter 1 of the text applies
to the Scripture reference you have chosen.

Choose from one of the sets of verses below:
· Genesis 25:29-34
· Deuteronomy
28:1-14
· Psalm 95:1-11
· Proverbs 6:1-19
· Matthew 6:19-24
· Matthew 24:3-14

Your assignment must be at least 100 words in length. It should be a well written paper, with a
coherent flow. Use the following guidelines when composing your paper:
· Identify the
verses you are examining. (ie – “I read John 3:10-20”).
· In one or two
sentences, provide a summary of the verses. Tell the reader what is going on in
the verses you have read.
· Identify which of
the principles of economics applies to these verses.
· Explain why you chose the
principle you did by specifically noting how the principle and the verses tie
together.
· Be sure to title your paper
according to your topic.
