Classical Leadership Theoretical Constructs
Identify “Big Five”
personality factors and evaluate how they affect your leadership abilities and
capabilities? Which factor(s) are most strongly associated with leadership?
Discuss which personality traits you feel you possess and give a personal
example of how they benefited you in a leadership context.
Using the recommended reading
included in this week’s topic overview, support your paper with a minimum of
five (5) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate
scholarly resources, including current articles within five years (from year to
date) of your choice, may be included.
Length: 5-7 pages, not including
title and reference pages. Approximately 1500 – 2100 words. Your pages must be
Double spaced with a Font style Times New Roman and 12 Font Size.
